RM Group are seeking a motivated Junior / Graduate Engineer to join a construction company and gain hands-on experience across large-scale Electrical projects. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career engineer who wants exposure to complex builds, real responsibility, and strong mentorship. You'll work alongside experienced engineers and project teams, supporting the delivery of major construction works from planning through to completion. This role will help build a strong foundation in site engineering, coordination, and project delivery. Paying up to $130k super, based on experience. Key Responsibilities for the role: Assist with site inspections, reporting, and quality assurance Support project planning, scheduling, and documentation Liaise with site supervisors, subcontractors, and consultants Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents Assist with cost tracking, variations, and progress claims Degree in Engineering (Electrical) Strong communication and organisational skills Willingness to learn and get involved on site Proficient in MS Office (Project experience a bonus) Construction White Card Must have Permanent Australian working rights Apply online, alternatively email Christine Rodrigues at christiner@rm-group.com.au for further information.
